Join me as I interview Canadian-based resilience trainer, certified life coach, and positive psychology practitioner Brenda Jasmin who shares what led her to the field of positive psychology (the science of wellbeing), how positive psychology is not toxic positivity but rather something totally different, and she gives five practical ways you can level-up your mindset to consciously spiral upward in your thinking and overall outlook.

As the creator of the Happiness Habits Academy and host of the She Flourishes Podcast, Brenda also delivers virtual and in-person workshops on positive psychology to corporate and public audiences, and she has a popular series of positive psychology workshops called “Positivi-Tea Talks". Brenda is passionate about helping people experience greater well-being and less stress using research-based tools from the field positive psychology.

Along with her two coaching certifications, Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP). When Brenda is not not coaching or delivering talks, you can find her hiking, watching a sunrise, downhill skiing, hosting one of her tea parties, or spending quality time with her husband, her two young adult children, and her yellow lab named Cali.
