The Power Transformation Podcast
Some people survive their hardest seasons. Others use them to thrive and become someone entirely new.
This show is for the ones who choose the second option.
The Power Transformation Podcast is a Top 3% globally ranked show where entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and everyday people are vulnerable and transparent about what transformation actually costs and what it produces. They share the stories behind their stories, the moments that are rarely spoken of yet changed everything and the crucial decisions that rebuilt them.
Host Alethea Felton is not a bystander to hard things. Born with Crohn's Disease and a rare liver condition that once left her critically ill, she overcame a severe stutter and navigated the grief of losing her two closest friends to cancer before they reached 40.
Instead of remaining in her pain, Alethea not only had a 20 year award winning career as a public school educator as well as doing entrepreneurial ventures on the side, a few years ago she became a professional speaker and certified transformation specialist because she refused to let adversity be her final word.
Every episode of The Power Transformation Podcast delivers practical tools for leveling up and becoming stronger mentally, emotionally, personally, and professionally.
